I recently had the pleasure to purchase a Somfy remote control from FAS.  The fellow on the telephone was most helpful and then the warehouse mailed my remote on a very timely basis.  The cost was exactly what I was expecting.  I only waited to write this review because it took awhile for my solar shades to be installed and I wanted to be able to say I AM DELIGHTED WITH THE SOMFY REMOTE THAT I PURCHASED FROM FAS!!!.  Thank you for your kind and prompt service!
