After buying online the wrong motor for my awning, I contacted the company and was fortunate to speak to a kind and dedicated lady. She provided me with the needed advice on which motor and connector to purchase. Now my awning is working perfectly. I returned the inadequate motor, following the clear indications that had been given to me. I hope to get the refund on the returned motor very soon... for a happy ending. Many thanks for your help.
