The motor works just fine. The process in which I had to endure was not so pleasant. Able was great and (as far as i know) did what he could to help me out. Still waiting on word regarding another order i placed last week. Had some communication with Doug. Haven't heard back. The motors on our blinds are all the same age and I would imagine more will have to be replaced. Really don't want to have to go through the hassle again.
