Somfy Digital Network (SDN) is Somfy’s proprietary bidirectional communication technology built on industry-standard RS485. An SDN system is comprised of bus distribution components for the delivery of power and data over the network, as well as user interfaces and motorized applications. The same components are used whether an SDN system remains stand-alone or with Animeo IP automated total solar management.
