I ordered from a different company first and never received the product. They said they would let me know when it came in and they did not. I talked to Florida automatic shade they fill my order immediately and it came just as planned. I certainly won't go back to the other company florida shade is the place to order

I had problems with our installer not responding to my calls. The charging cable had bent pins and just would not work. FAS had just what I needed. The new Somfy Charging Cables are perfect. Thanks
