The Somfy Sonesse 30 Whisper Quiet 24V DC Round Head RTS motor fits into a 1 1/2" tube and require a crown and drive and is sold separately. The NEW Sonesse 30 RTS offers features an optional tilting mode and is compatible with the RTS hand-held remotes, which offer precision tilting of sheer horizontal type window coverings. It offers adjustable speed control in both the tilting and roller features. The Sonesse ST30 motor can easily integrate with Somfy Tahoma Home Automation Systems and feature the ability to adjust to precise intermediate positions for increased control flexibility.

Hello  i ordered a motor for my shade on 3/11.  A week later i had not received the motor and the e-mail sent the day after i made my order stated that the order label was created snd waiting on usps to pick up .  Last week i spoke to a person that was going to check on the order and call me back, however i have not received an update as yet.   This week i have not been able to reach anyone by phone nor does the chat function work.  I have left several messages with no response.  I thinking you guys just pocketed my $348.93 — do you think you could check on my order ?? I would really like to have my shade operating again.  My order was arrived on March 27.
