Hello i ordered a motor for my shade on 3/11. A week later i had not received the motor and the e-mail sent the day after i made my order stated that the order label was created snd waiting on usps to pick up . Last week i spoke to a person that was going to check on the order and call me back, however i have not received an update as yet. This week i have not been able to reach anyone by phone nor does the chat function work. I have left several messages with no response. I thinking you guys just pocketed my $348.93 — do you think you could check on my order ?? I would really like to have my shade operating again. My order was arrived on March 27.

Although the shipment is quite long due to short of stocking ,anyway , finnally received the sensor ,good quality and good packing ,thanks
