We were told item we ordered was in stock. So we order 2 day air. I got a shipment released email less then 24 hours after we placed the order. But for the full week I couldnt get tracking. After that week went by I called in and found out my item had just shipped once I was told that I was able to get a tracking number. So 2day air became 14 day shipping for 30$. Why have 2day air when you cant release the item for more then a week. Dont list an item as in stock and offer 2day when you dont have the item or anyway to meet the 2day time line. At least refund the 2day air fee when you mess up.
When I called in the first time I was told I would be called back with an answer but never had a return call or even an email about a delay. There are lots of vendors out there that do a better job. We will be using them in the future.

Florida Automated Shade has been helping me retrofit an older Somfy system. I send them pictures of what I need to replace, they tell me what I need to order as parts and part numbers have changed over the years. Easy to work with, what I order shows up when they say it will. Happy customer!
