Left in the cold by Graber, they no longer carry battery replacement for 9 year old vertical blind. Found you guys and problem solved. The associate who I dealt with was extremely helpful. That’s why those words are in the subject! Thanks

Shade Motor Replacement

Florida Automated Shades was responsive and got the correct product to me in a VERY reasonable time. When I had a question about the version number of the motor, I called and spoke with someone immediately who was knowledgeable and informative. Top marks. The only issue I have is when ordering the motor, the mounts do not accompany the motor. The mounts are plastic and not very pliable, so they are difficult to dismount from the old motor and attach to the new motor without breaking them. Overall, FAS provided great service and the advertised product in a very timely fashion.

Motor took much longer than expected! However mail primarily reason but was told they would send byFEDEX. -did not happen!
