This motor took about 3 weeks to get. I paid for 2nd Day air. It shipped on a Monday, after waiting 2 weeks. Then it arrived on Friday. I understand the shipping and Somfy are out of your control. But, we should not have to pay for 2nd Day air

3 of 5 Motor functions but fails expectations August 24, 2021

This motor runs and allows setting limits.  But my original motor w/ exact same specs allowed raising and lowering shade by just one touch of remote.  This does not. I must continuously hold down the down or up remote button.  Moreover, this motor isn't automatically raising or lowering shade according to solar lighting conditions like original.  Advice?
