Ordered part on 9/27/2020 had to call twice to check on status. Finally received item on 10/30. Tested motor and found does not run on black wire and does not hit stop limit on red wire. Called on 11/2 for RMA and was told to wait 2 days for RMA. Called on 11/4 and was then told that SIMU is problematic and they can't give estimate of RMA or replacement. Was informed the RA process comes directly from Somfy and may take up to a week for them to take care of it. Somfy needs to have a better solution for there damaged produt. Takes way to long poor customer service
