Somfy two prong charger March 28, 2022 Reviewer: Wesley Wong from Long Beach, CA United States   We discovered that we had a Somfy motorized blind when we moved into our new house.  During inspection the blind moved up and down.  After one week it stopped working.  Our other motorized blinds have battery packs.  I reach up on the top of the blind to find a wire.  The local Somfy dealers in CA did not want to sell just the charger.  Florida Automated Shade was willing to sell us a charger.  We are grateful to them as now our blinds are moving.  Thank you Florida Automated Shade for excellent service.  We recommend you to any one with Somfy shade needs.  Again, thank you for you good service.
