Motor powered bed. February 6, 2022 Reviewer: scott carpenter from Casa Grande, AZ United States   I have an RV that has a bed that goes into the ceiling during the day and comes down for sleeping. After 20 something years the Somfy motor broke. I called FAS and talked to Maryann to make sure I got the right stuff like the 2" Hard Clip to go with the motor. I got the motor and the clip and installed into the bed and now have a working system. It is quiet and smooth.  Great motor and great customer support. Was this review helpful to you?

Somfy LT50 August 24, 2021 Reviewer: Randy Rumfelt from Holden Beach , NC United States   Received promptly. Installed motor and reassembled shutter. Motor will not run. Had to go out of town on business before I could completely troubleshoot. Will check further. Only problem seen is is switch only has 80 volts between terminals instead of 120. Still haven’t received order placed 2 weeks ago! June 16, 2021 Reviewer: Ricardo Diaz from North Miami, FL United States   I placed the order on 4/17, paid for it, and still haven’t received it.
