I received the 4-wire motor in a very timely manner and was able to easily install the unit. During testing initially all worked well, but later it stopped working in one direction but he other direction still worked fine.
Florida Automated Shade directed me to Somfy Technical support who participated in testing the unit, which involved purchasing a new second wall switch. Both the initial and new switch gave the same result.
An RMA is being created for return of the unit to the factory for repair or replacement.
