I was able to find a small piece @ FAS that I could not locate elsewhere...

However, i was disappointed that my cheapest shipping option cost 2x the part I needed.  USPS / first class was not an option.

Obviously not a deal breaker for me, but something to monitor

I ordered a special knob for mounting a remote I have and only received a screw and hollow wall anchor, both of which I could get anywhere. I must add that i called and was told they would get the knob out right away, but I haven't received anything yet. My rating will change when/if I receive the correct piece.
